Job opening Manager for Surveillance and Investigation

An exciting vacancy for an experienced security professional
Coordinate security operations or activities with public law enforcement and other agencies;

• Assist in emergency management and contingency planning;
• Prepare reports or make presentations on internal investigations, losses, or
violations of regulations, policies, and procedures;
• Identify, investigate, or resolve security breaches;
• People Management of Surveillance Analyst Staff including resource planning,
recruitment, human capital development, staff performance management and
chairing disciplinary hearings;
• Manage and coordinate risk and threat analyses and mitigate action plans;
• Stay abreast of global security threats and security technology advancements;
• Ensure all CCTV and other equipment is used optimally;
• Compliance and adherence to SOPs and investigate and report all security incidents
and complaints at a high level and implement remedial action;
• Diploma in Security or related field;
• 4 Years operational experience in Security / Risk management;
• 2 Years managerial experience;
• Knowledge of investigation methods;
• Knowledge of emergency procedures;
• Knowledge of project and risk management;
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office packages.
• Must be PSIRA registered and current PSIRA renewal certificate.
• Current SAPS Clearance Certificate is required if possible
